Job Description

Responsibilities
? Lead and inspire the team to commit to delivering high quality code and within the timeline.
? Identify and fulfil the training needs of each team member.
? Train and mentor interns and create practices and process to help other team members do the
same.
? Work with the pre-sales team on proposing technicalsolutions and estimations.
? Support the sales team by engaging with clients on technical discussions.
? Work closely with the talent acquisition team to identify the hiring needs based on inputs from
the sales team.
? Ensure that the project timelines are not affected because of technical challenges.
? Technical performance assessment for each team member.
? Adopting a fail fast approach for feasibility assessments.
? Ensure that the culture of the team align with the culture of the organization.
Skills
? Expert in Python, Django / Flask is must. Should be able to code himself, not just delegating work
to the team
? Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
? Understanding and knowledge of any frontend technologies (Angular, React, Vue or any similar) would be an added advantage.
? Understanding of fundamental design principles for a scalable application
? Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
? Understanding and knowledge of diff. databases and DBMS/SQL.
? Proficient in - git processes, basic project mgmt., Code review - automated and peer, refactoring,
deployment over cloud servers, docker.
