Lead the end-to-end user experience for Tntra's digital products by translating business strategy, customer needs, and complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences. Drive UX maturity across the organization by establishing best practices, research-driven design, and design thinking.
Job Description
User Research & Discovery
? Conduct user interviews and stakeholder workshops.
? Develop personas, empathy maps, and customer journey maps.
? Identify user pain points, opportunities, and unmet needs.
? Validate assumptions through qualitative and quantitative research.
UX Strategy
? Define product UX vision aligned with business goals.
? Design end-to-end user journeys across products.
? Create service blueprints and experience maps.
? Balance business, technology, and user needs.
Interaction Design
? Design intuitive workflows and information architecture.
? Produce wireframes, user flows, low/high fidelity prototypes.
? Simplify complex processes into usable experiences.
? Ensure accessibility and usability best practices.
Usability & Validation
? Plan and conduct usability testing.
? Iterate designs based on user feedback.
? Measure UX improvements using relevant metrics.
? Continuously refine experiences through evidence-based decisions.
Design Systems
? Work with UI designers to evolve a scalable design system.
? Maintain UX consistency across platforms.
? Define interaction patterns and design standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration
? Work closely with Product, Engineering, AI, Business, and Leadership teams.
? Participate from product discovery through delivery.
? Translate business problems into UX solutions.
? Support engineering during implementation.
UX Leadership
? Establish standard UX processes.
? Mentor UI designers in UX thinking.
? Promote Design Thinking throughout the organization.
? Help build a mature product design culture.

Candidate Profile
Preferred Experience
? 8–10+ years in UX/Product Design.
? Experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise platforms.
? Experience with AI-enabled products is highly desirable.
? Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process.
? Experience working with Agile product teams.
? Strong understanding of modern product development.
